Are you listening, can you see me?
Are you listening, can you see me? examines how identity is constructed through what is expressed, withheld, and perceived — the tension between internal experience and external recognition, within systems that both shape and obscure understanding.
The work is developed through resin and sound. Resin holds depth, transparency, and suspended form, allowing layered impressions — memory, emotion, perception — to coexist within a single surface. Sound operates as a parallel element: recorded voice and ambient sound are translated into visual form through cymatic processes, where vibration becomes structure. These patterns are embedded within resin-based works, creating a dialogue between material and immaterial states.
Rather than illustrating identity, the work constructs conditions in which it can be experienced as unstable, layered, and evolving.
